Mystic Aquarium

Today Caden went to Mystic Aquarium with mommy and Grammy
Pammy. We had so much fun and it was such a beautiful day outside.
Caden just loved watching all the fish, sharks, beluga whales, and especially the penguins. We will definitely be going back again when he gets a little older. Even though he is still so young, it is amazing how alert he was. He just loved the penguins. He moved his head all around to follow them as they swam by in the underwater view tank. He just
adds so much joy to our lives. We never knew that someone so little would make us smile every moment that we are with him. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

The Proud Parents

Since we just started this blog, we wanted to share some important moments with you from the past 3 months. Caden McClure Mitchell was baptised on May 20, 2007. His Godparents are our close friends, Ronnie and Lynn. We were thrilled to have had so many family and close friends join us to celebrate his baptism. After being baptised, our minister walked Caden around the church for everyone to meet him. It was a joyous moment for Jay and I. Of course, it brought tears to my eyes. I had watched so many baptisms before his while I was pregnant and couldn't wait for the day that we would be standing up there with our own child.

We thought it would be great to share all our exciting moments with Caden with you. Hope you enjoy our journey through parenthood with us. It is the most amazing experience either of us has ever been through. We look forward to waking up to Caden's smiling face each day. We are truly blessed to have been given such a beautiful little boy.
